Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions

1. A Qualified Referral is defined as the purchase of a Membership at the www.contestmillionaire.com site (the "Site") by a person (a "Referred Member") who has not previously purchased a Subscription on the Site and who arrives at the Site via another Contest Millionaire Member's Referral link ("Referral Link"). Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Member. Any additional or subsequent Memberships purchases made by a Referred Member at the Site will not be Qualified Referrals.
2. A Member in good standing is a person who has properly purchased a membership on the Site in accordance with the terms of the Contest Millionaire Membership Agreement (the "Membership Agreement"), has kept their subscription active, and has not violated the terms of the Membership Agreement.
3. Personal Links will be issued only to Contest Millionaire registered Members. A registered Member can obtain a Personal link by logging into the Site and going to the Refer-A-Friend page.
4. The individual who was issued a Personal Link by Contest Millionaire will be considered to be the "Referring Member" for all Qualified Referrals made using that Personal Link, regardless of whether a Referred Member obtained the Personal Link directly from the Referring Member or from another source. A Referring Member cannot refer themselves using the Refer-A-Friend program.
5. For each Qualified Referral, $3.00 will be deposited in the Contest Millionaire Cash Back accounts of the Referring Member as soon as the Referred Member pays their Monthly Membership Fee and remain a Member in good standing for one full billing cycle. If the Referring Member or Referred Member cancels their Membership before the Referred Member has been a Member for one full billing cycle then the Referring Member will not be paid the $3.00 referral fee.
6. If the Referring Member and Referred Member enter any Contest Millionaire Sweepstakes that Contest Millionaire may offer from time to time by using their Subscription account then they will be eligible to receive a bonus of 10% of the total value of the prize. Please see Official Rules. The entries of the Referring Member and Referred Member are those entries associated with their respective subscriptions which were linked using the Refer-A-Friend program pursuant to these terms and conditions.
7. If a Referring Member provides a Personal Link to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Personal Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referring Member's account and deactivation of the Personal Link.
8. The amount earned for Qualified Referrals is subject to change by Contest Millionaire at any time without advance notice.
9. All amounts earned will be deposited into the Referring Members Account and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Contest Millionaire Membership Agreement.
10. The Refer-A-Friend program and all use of the Site are subject to the Site's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, posted on the Site.
11. Contest Millionaire expressly reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referring Member and/or Referred Member and to request proper payment if the Referring Member and/or Referred Member has purchased a Subscription fraudulently or uses or attempts to use the Personal Link in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any statute or governmental regulation. Contest Millionaire will have no obligation to pay any referral fees if it determines that the Referring Member or Referred Member have violated these Terms and Conditions. Contest Millionaire expressly reserves the right to recoup any referral fees paid based on referrals which are determined not to be Qualified Referrals or as a result of fraudulent activity on the part of the Referring Member or Referred Member. These remedies are in addition to any remedies that Contest Millionaire may have under the terms of the Membership Agreement.
12. Contest Millionaire reserves the right to cancel the Refer-A-Friend Program or to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
